For the fourth year in a row you can dine out to support Ukraine thanks to the non-profit Sunflower Seeds Ukraine. Fill your belly and your soul by going out to select restaurants on Thursday, July 24, all day long.
This year around 50 venues from across the Front Range are participating, each giving five- to 10-percent of its sales to the organization. Best part, you can make a day of it by going out for coffee, lunch, and dinner, and planning the day so you can see all parts of the city.
Head to Boulder for Spanish tapas at Cafe Aion. Then visit Blackbelly Market & Restaurant for the main course with a stop at Glacier Ice Cream for dessert. Maybe you want to pick up some bread from Moxie Bread Co. to take home, and then have lunch at Tangerine. Or grab a cup of coffee at Stylus & Crate in Wheat Ridge.

In Longmont Jefe’s Taco’s & Tequila has you feeling good in more ways than one, and you can follow up your margaritas with a beer at Mestizo Brew Cantina in Wheat Ridge.
Need to keep it simple? Grab a craft beer and burger at New Image Brewing Company in Arvada and enjoy not just the experience, but the fact you’re helping too. Every location of Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is donating to the cause, and it’s the perfect excuse to get a dozen oysters and cold martini. And fried chicken fans can revel in buckets of The Post’s famous bird, and each location is donating.
