Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood

One of the best oyster deals in town can be found in Cherry Creek and Lone Tree at both Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood locations. Angelo’s Taverna

Every day is oyster day at Angelo’s Taverna in Capitol Hill. In fact, there’s a special bivalve available for $1.25 each, and you have two chances each day to get it. The first starts at 3 p.m. and goes until 6 p.m. The second discount time is between 9 p.m. and close. Not feeling raw oysters? Revival Denver Public House

Now is the time to indulge in $2 oysters, and this Uptown spot serves Chesapeake Bay Oysters with the choice of having them raw, with chorizo butter, or laden in garlic and herbs. All other oyster selections are $1 off during happy hour. 630 E. 17th Ave., Denver, revival-denver.com

Jack’s On Pearl

Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar

Mondays got a whole lot better for oyster lovers at each of the five Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar locations. All night the company serves its proprietary oysters on the half shell for $2 each, which come from The Rappahannock River Co. West Coast oyster of the night run $3 each, and chargrilled oysters are $4 each. Fish N Beer 

The most extensive oyster deal comes from RiNo’s Fish N Beer. Happy hour runs from Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. On that menu you’ll find house oysters on a half shell for $2.50 each, or $12 for six, and $24 for 12. Point Easy

Point Easy in Uptown serves $2 oysters during happy hour every day of the week, from 5 to 6 p.m. It’s a simple dish with mignonette, which pairs great with an order of fries ($5). 2000 E. 28th Ave., Denver, pointeasydenver.com

Max Bar and Grill

Every day of the week diners can indulge in $2 oysters from 3 to 6 p.m., and until 10 p.m. on Thursdays. The Belcaro restaurant has been a staple on South Gaylord Street for over two decades, and it’s easy to come for happy hour and stay for dinner. 1052 S. Gaylord St., Denver, maxgillandgrill.com

Two-Buck Chuck (if you know, you know) is out and two-buck shuck is in at Stout Street Social. Head downtown for the $2 deal during happy hour from 2 to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Cart-Driver 

Both Cart-Driver locations offer a happy hour with an oyster special. The LoHi spot sells oysters for $3.50 each from 4 to 5 p.m. every day of the week. The RiNo restaurant has happy hour twice a day from 3 to 5 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. to midnight, with $3 oysters. Ocean Prime

During happy hour the whole lounge menu is on special, which means oysters are cheaper too. Choose from two types, including the company’s private reserve East Coast oyster called Rose & Garnet ($28) and select West Coast oysters ($30). Sassafras American Eatery

It’s not often you see fried Oysters Rockefeller on a happy hour menu, but at this Highland hot spot you can get three for $10. While not technically in Denver, chef Caroline Glover’s Traveling Mercies at the Stanley Marketplaces is close enough. Plus, it’s an elegant spot with great oysters. Every day Elway’s in The Ritz-Carlton Downtown Denver offers happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m., and you can bet the steakhouse serves oysters.
