Beckon

2843 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80205

Beckon is the hallmark of classic culinary excellence and invites you to indulge your taste buds in their first quarter menu titled “The Cold Moon.” This is an eight-course culinary experience that spans over two-and-a-half hours – but it will fly by as you delight in the dishes created by Chef Duncan and his team. If you can’t make it in soon, you’re in luck. Each quarter of the year will have a special menu inspired by the lunar seasons.

Koko Ni

1441 26th St, Denver, CO 80205

If you’re looking to live in the moment, snag a table at Koko Ni, where the tasting menu changes daily according to the ingredients that are available and in season. This delectable menu highlights Japanese and French-inspired cuisines while focusing on local farms and sustainable American seafood. If you’re in RiNo, it’s a must-taste.

The Wolf’s Tailor

4058 Tejon St, Denver, CO 80211

The Wolf’s Tailor should be at the top of your list if you are passionate about the drinks paired with each course. Inspired by creative spins on local grain and fermentation, their winter seasonal menu is served alongside thoughtful choices of wine, mixed drinks, and dry pairings. The team, led by Chef Taylor Stark and General Manager Nick Elias, strives to serve excellent tasting experiences with a zero-waste mentality and clever storytelling.
